Silent Retreat Program Overview

The silent retreat offers a rare and powerful opportunity to step away from the demands of a busy, often stressful life. Whether you're navigating a high-pressure job, juggling responsibilities, or simply feeling overwhelmed by constant noise and activity, this retreat invites you to pause and reconnect.

 

Skillfully designed and gently guided, the program supports you in quieting the mind, easing stress, and letting go of unhelpful mental loops. In the absence of spoken words, you’ll begin to experience life more openly and directly, with greater clarity, presence, and calm.

 

This is a chance to reset, recharge, and return to yourself.

Our journey begins on Day 1 with check-in at 5:00 PM, followed by a warm welcome dinner and an opening circle to set intentions. After this gathering, we will gently enter into silence with our first group meditation.

 

Each day starts at 9:00 AM with a guided meditation. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be supported through a variety of restorative and grounding practices, including

  • Breath work

  • Meditation

  • Creative journaling

  • Mindfulness exercises

  • Optional plant medicine ceremony (Hapé)

  • Spiritual self-love rituals

 

Between sessions, you'll have spacious breaks for personal reflection, rest, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the cabin grounds.

 

To preserve the depth of the experience, all electronics and phones will be turned off for the duration of the retreat. In case of emergency, loved ones will be able to reach participants through a designated contact number provided by the facilitator, Dr. Nwabu.

 

This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with your inner self — in stillness, presence, and peace.
